Where practical, send only non-sensitive diagnostic context such as the app version, device model, operating-system version, and concise steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, Apple credentials, payment details, confidential case content, or exact financial values.

Using DeciTerra
What is included in DeciTerra Pro?
The current V1 Pro scope includes Compare Pro / Portfolio Terrain for three to eight cases and Before / After Review. Storefront pricing is localized and shown by the App Store before purchase.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase and that the subscription is active. If access is not restored, relaunch DeciTerra and try Restore Purchases again before contacting support.
What information should I send for a subscription issue?
Send the app version, device and operating-system version, whether Restore Purchases completed, and a non-sensitive description of the entitlement state shown in the app. Do not send payment-card details, Apple credentials, passwords, receipts containing personal information, or project content.
Does DeciTerra make decisions or predict results?
No. DeciTerra supports your judgment by structuring risk signals and next actions. It does not predict outcomes, guarantee success, or make the final decision.
Is it professional advice?
No. DeciTerra does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Do I need an account or cloud sync?
No. The current V1 release does not require a DeciTerra account and does not provide a DeciTerra-operated project-data backend or cloud synchronization service.
Where are my cases stored?
Decision cases and generated responses remain locally on your device. Device backups are governed by your Apple and device settings.
How do I change analytics or request deletion?
